1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of An Operator Responsible For The Implementation Of Professional Competitions For Students - Participants Of The Regional Support For The Development Of Vocational Education Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program. 2) The Ordering Party Requires Comprehensive Implementation Of The Order, I.E. In Particular: A) Development Of The Regulations Of The Professional Competition For A Given Key Area And The Method Of Conducting It, Including Determining The Competition Issues, While The Regulations Of The Competition Professional Competition Should Include In Particular: The Scope Of Knowledge And Skills Required From Its Participants, Rules Of Participation In The Professional Competition, Conditions For Organizing The Professional Competition, Taking Into Account The Needs And Capabilities Of Disabled Students, Conditions For Obtaining Titles For Taking 1St, 2Nd And 3Rd Place;B) Organizing An Online Training Of 5 Teaching Hours (One Teaching Hour Is 45 Minutes) In The Field Of Public Speaking For Team Members Qualified For The Presentation Stage;C) Appointing A Committee Competition, Consisting Of Five People, Including: I. Two Representatives Of Employers/Entrepreneurs From A Given Key Area, Ii. One Representative Of A Higher Education Institution From A Given Key Area, Iii. One Representative Of The Contractor, Iv. One Representative Of The Ordering Party And Providing The Ordering Party With Information Regarding The Proposed Composition Of The Competition Committee For The Professional Competition Within A Given Key Area, No Later Than 3 Days Before The Date Of A Given Professional Competition; D) Organizing A Professional Competition In The Pomeranian Voivodeship, Within A Given Key Area, Taking Into Account The Indications Contained In Point 2. Organization Of The Order And Point 4. Place Of The Order, Whereby: I. Works Submitted For The Professional Competition Will Be Prepared Using The Educational Project Method (E.G. Multimedia Presentation, Multimedia Project, Model, Building Prototype, Etc.), Ii. The Subject Matter Of The Professional Competition Should Also Include Issues That Go Beyond The Core Curriculum For Vocational Education In Key Areas And Take Into Account The Use Of The Latest Technologies, Iii.
