The Planned Investment Is Located In Plots No. 480/15 And 483/14, Pyskowice District, Ul. Szpitalna 2. The Planned Investment Envisages The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall For The District Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse In Place Of The Existing Mortuary Building Scheduled For Demolition. The Existing Facility Is A Single-Story, Detached Building, Uninsulated, Made Using Traditional Brick Technology. The Facility Does Not Have A Basement And Has One Above-Ground Floor. The Designed Warehouse Will Be A Single-Story Building Without A Basement, Built On Foundation Footings. The Planned Volume Of The Facility Is Approximately 1,500 M3, While The Development Area Is 240 M2. The Hall Structure Will Be Made Using Steel Frame Technology. The External Walls Will Be Made Of Sandwich Panels In The Colors Agreed With The Ordering Party. Aluminum Window And Door Joinery. The Facility Will Be Covered With A Single- Or Gable Roof, Also Based On A Steel Structure, Covered With Sandwich Panels. The Functional Layout Will Include Two Storage Rooms, Ultimately Equipped With System Storage Racks (Storage Racks Outside The Scope Of The Task) And One Sanitary Room. The Designed Facility Will Be Equipped With The Necessary Internal And External Installations, In Particular: - Water Supply Installation (Internal And External), - Sanitary Sewage Installation, - Electrical Installation (Internal And External), - Central Heating Installation, - Gravity Ventilation Installation. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform All Necessary Design Studies And Construction Works Related To The Demolition Of The Existing Dissecting Room Building, Construction Of A Warehouse Hall And Construction Of The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Design Documentation Will Include In Particular: Architectural And Construction Design (Including Technical Design), Detailed Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Along With Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, And Opinions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including Submitting An Application To The Competent Authority For Obtaining A Decision On An Occupancy Permit (If Required By Applicable Regulations). The Investment Implementation Should Also Include: - Demolition Of The Existing Building, - Construction Of A Hall Building Warehouse, - Construction Of An Exit, - Reconstruction Of The Heating Network, - Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, - Execution Of Necessary Internal Installations.
