The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform, As Part Of Technical Service, Necessary Construction Works (Excluding Investment Works) As Well As Maintenance And Security Works Consisting In Performing Ad Hoc Repairs Of Building Elements In Order To Maintain Their Full Technical Efficiency And Aesthetics.2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Following May Be Performed In Particular: 1) General Construction And Roofing Works, Consisting In The Performance Of Necessary Construction Works (Excluding Investment Works) And Services, As Well As Securing Building Elements By Performing Ad Hoc Repairs, In Particular: - Repair/Security Works In Residential And Commercial Premises, - Minor Demolitions, - Local Repairs Of External And Internal Walls, - Protective Works Of Balconies And Ceilings, - Repair Of Windows And Doors (Excluding Renovation), Floors, Gates, Handrails, Stair Steps, Balusters, Window Glazing, - Repair Of Fences, Filling Surface Defects, - Repair, Disassembly Of Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashings, Cleaning Of Gutters And Downpipes, Roof Security Works And Other Repair Works In The Field Of Roofing Works (Excluding Major Renovations Of Roofs)2) Installation Repair Works, Consisting In Removing Failures, Performing Ad Hoc Repairs And Maintenance And Protection Of: - Gas Installations, - Water And Sewage Installations, - Electrical Installations, - Sanitary Installations And Other Installations Located In Buildings; 3) Ongoing Maintenance, Including Performing Minor Construction Works And Repairs As Well As Maintaining Facilities In A Condition Ensuring Their Correct And Safe Operation; 4) Other Necessary Technical Activities Aimed At Securing The Site Of Failure Or Restoring The Basic Functionality Of Installations, Devices And Building Elements.3. The Order Does Not Cover Planned Renovations, Investment Works, Major Renovations Of Roofs And Buildings, As Well As Comprehensive Renovations Of Residential Premises, Commercial Premises And Office Rooms At The Headquarters Of The Housing Management Board And The Technical And Operational Services Department. The Subject Of The Order Includes Ad Hoc Repairs, Maintenance And Security Works, And Removal Of The Effects Of Failures In Premises And Rooms, To The Extent Necessary To Ensure Their Proper And Safe Use.4. Mentioned In Section 1, Construction Works And Services Will Be Carried Out In Real Estate Of The Legnica Commune, In Particular In: 1) Municipal Buildings (In Premises And Common Areas) Administered By The Ordering Party; 2) Communal Premises Located In Buildings Of Housing Communities; 3) Real Estate Owned By Or In Perpetual Usufruct Of The Legnica Commune, Administered By The Municipal Management Board Or Under The Permanent Management Of The Ordering Party.
