The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Facility Of The Police Station In Biała Rawska And The Facility Of The District Police Headquarters In Rawa Mazowiecka In Order To Increase Energy Efficiency In The Design And Build Formula, Implemented As Part Of The Project Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Facilities Of The District Police Headquarters In Rawa Mazowiecka Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021 - 2027 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Stage I - Design Work (Preliminary)• Development Of Concepts For Both Facilities; • Development Of Multi-Discipline Construction Designs For Both Facilities; Stage Ii - Design Work• Obtaining For Both Facilities The Consent Of The Construction Administration Authority To Perform The Works (Building Permit Or Notification);• Developing For Both Facilities Executive Designs For All Construction Industries Containing Detailed Technical And Technological Solutions Along With A Detailed Description Of The Building Materials Used, Including Their Basic Parameters;• Preparing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) For Both Facilities; Stage Iii - Construction Works• Execution Of Construction Works In Both Facilities Based On The Developed Industry Design Documentation;• Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works In Both Facilities Until The Subject Of The Order Is Fully Put Into Use. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. Detailed Conditions For The Execution And Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Template Agreement - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 5. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum. 6. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, As Well As In The Specification Of Terms Of The Procurement (Swz). These Annexes And Other Provisions Of The Swz Constitute The Basis Necessary For The Valuation And Determination Of The Technology Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Standard Of The Elements Used. 7. Material Solutions Are Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Are Indicated In The Content Of The Pfu, Which Is The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Due To The Above, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of
