The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract) Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Permits For The Implementation Of The Investment, And Providing Authors Supervision2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Design: 1) A Connection Of The Planned Road With The Existing Bicycle Infrastructure By Designing A Bicycle Path Or Designating A Bicycle Lane Along The District Road, In A Way That Ensures A Safe And Functional Connection With The Bicycle Route Designed As Part Of A Separate Task (The Route Is Marked In Blue In The Attachment), 2) A Municipal Road Of Kdd Class In Accordance With The Route Indicated In The Attachment In Red, Ensuring Its Functional And Connection Communication With The Technical Road Designed By Pkp (Marked In Purple In The Attachment), Which, According To The Investment Assumptions, Is To Be Transferred To The Ownership Of The Commune After Completion Of The Implementation
