1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1772 S Ul. Szkolna In Kidowo From The Intersection With Ul. Graniczna.2. The Scope Of Work Will Consist In Partial Replacement Of The Sub-Base With A Thickness Of 20 Cm, Reconstruction Of The Upper Surface Layer By Milling It And Laying A New Ac 11S Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course With A Thickness Of 3 Cm And A Binding Layer With A Thickness Of 4 Cm Over A Length Of 665 M. At The Same Time, The Existing Earth Shoulders Should Be Re-Profiled Along The Entire Length Of The Repaired Section. Drainage Will Remain In Its Current Form By Profiling Appropriate Slopes.3. The Detailed Type, Scope And Method Of Performing Construction Works Were Specified In The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz), Stwiorb (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz) And In The Simplified Documentation (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz). The Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order In Question Are Also Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. Warranty: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 60-Month Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order. Note: The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers In These Proceedings. The Contractor Declares The Warranty Period In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). The Method Of Evaluating Offers In The Period Of The Warranty (G) Criterion Is Described In Detail In Chapter Xx Of The Swz.5. Insurance: During The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E. From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works), The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) For Material Damage (Third Party Property And Entrusted Property) Arising In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Gross Value Of The Contract Expressed In Polish Zlotys [Pln] Or For Foreign Currencies In An Equivalent Amount, Converted At The Average Exchange Rate Of The Polish Zloty In Relation To The Currencies. Foreign Funds Announced By The National Bank Of Poland On The Last Business Day Preceding The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An Appropriate Document In This Respect, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xxi Section 3 Point 1) Swz.
