The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For A Construction Project, Together With The Submission Of An Application For A Building Permit And The Preparation Of An Executive Design, Investor Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, For The Task Entitled Construction Of A Shelter (U-1) With The Function Of Temporary Parking Of Vehicles For The Purpose Of Securing The Implementation Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks, Including The Evacuation Of People; In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended), And The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads. The Subject Of The Order Should Take Into Account The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of November 4, 2025 On Technical Conditions For Protective Structures And Technical Conditions For Their Use And Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1548).
