Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Playground With Relocation Of The Existing Outdoor Gym

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Playground And Relocation Of The Existing Outdoor Gym.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Intervention I.13.1 Leader / Community-Led Local Development - Lds Implementation - Excluding Grant Projects Covered By The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-20273. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Assembly And Performance Of Works Related To The Development Of The Recreation And Playground Area, Including: 1) Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Strength Equipment, 2) Delivery And Installation Of Mats/Preparation Of A Safe Surface, 3) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, 4) Construction Of A New 116 M Long Fence. The Scope Of The Existing Fence Includes Steel Elements, I.E.: Cleaning, Degreasing And Powder Coating Of The Fence With A Length Of Approx. 120.0 M And An Entrance Gate With A Width Of Approx. 2.0 M5) Disassembly Of The Existing Equipment Of The External Gym, Along With Relocation And Reassembly In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. The Price Of The Offer Should Include Annual Inspections Of The Playground Throughout The Warranty Period, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 Standard, Culminating In The Preparation Of An Inspection Report And Submitting It To The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Annual Inspection Includes At Least: A) Assessment Of The General Technical Condition Of Playground Equipment And Elements; B) Inspection Of The Condition Of Supporting Structures, Connections And Foundations Of Devices; C) Assessment Of The Condition Of The Pavement And Surfaces In Fall Zones; D) Checking The Completeness And Condition Of Security Elements; E) Checking The Wear Of Moving Parts And Mechanical Connections; F) Checking The Stability Of Devices And The Safety Of Their Use; G) Performing Minor Maintenance Activities, Including In Particular Tightening Fastening Elements, Removing Minor Looseness, Lubricating Moving Elements And Replacing Missing Safety Caps; H) Preparing A Report On The Inspection, Including A List Of Defects Found And Recommendations For Their Removal; I) Making An Entry In The Operational Documentation Of The Playground, If It Is Kept By The Ordering Party.
