The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Installation Works Consisting In The Construction Of A New Air Conditioning Installation With Electrical Installation In Rooms In The Ordering Partys Buildings, Located At Ul. Świętokrzyska 20 And Ul. Szkolna 2/4.2. The Stages Of Order Implementation Are To Include: Stage 1 (Design) 1) Preparation Of The Concept And Agreeing It With The Ordering Party; 2) Selection Of Indoor And Outdoor Units. 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Implementation Of Air Conditioning And Electrical Installations, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified In The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And Agreeing It With The Ordering Party. Stage 2 (Construction) 1) Delivery Of Devices, Their Unloading And Delivery To The Installation Site. Execution Of Electrical Installation. Installation Of Air Conditioning Devices. Construction Of A Cooling Installation For An Air Conditioning System. Construction Of Condensate Drainage Installation. Installation Of Supporting Structures For Outdoor Units. Therefore, It Is Necessary To Provide For The Construction Of Structures That Take Into Account The Load-Bearing Capacity Of Ceilings And Roofs. 2) Making Holes In Walls And Ceilings With Insulating Protection Of The Holes. Protection Of Existing Equipment In Rooms Against Contamination During Installation. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As Not To Disturb The Work Of The Office. Assembly And Construction Works May Be Performed After The Offices Opening Hours And On Non-Working Days. Commissioning And Performing Functional Tests, Pressure Tests For The Refrigerant And Tightness Tests Of The Condensate Drainage System. Performing Measurements Of The Electrical Installation. Carrying Out All Necessary Construction Works After Completing The Air Conditioning Installation Works And Restoring The Building And Rooms To Their Original Condition Before Installation (Filling, Smoothing, Painting Places After Installation), Provided That The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law, Including Construction Law, And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. 3) Adjustment Of Air Conditioning Equipment Before Handing Over To The Ordering Party And Handing Over The Efficient Installation To The Ordering Party. Training Of Device Users Confirmed By An Appropriate Protocol. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. Stage 3 (Guarantee) 1) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee On The Terms Specified In The Contract. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Perform Tightness Tests Of The Freon System In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of May 15, 2015 On Substances That Deplete The Ozone Layer And On Certain Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2065, As Amended). 2) The Contractor Will Perform Maintenance And Service Of Air Conditioning Devices During The Warranty Period
