The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services To The Ordering Party Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Real Estate Managed By The Ordering Party By The Contractor: A. Unsegregated Mixed Municipal Solid Waste – (Waste Code 20 03 01)B. Segregated Municipal Waste Packaging: Paper And Cardboard - (Waste Code 1501 01) C. Segregated Municipal Waste Packaging: Plastic - (Waste Code 1501 02) D. Separated Municipal Waste Packaging: Glass - Waste Code (1501 07)E. Large-Sized Waste (Waste Code 20 03 07) Collected In Containers Provided By The Contractor2. The Quantities Of Waste Transferred For Disposal Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Is A Price And Assortment Sheet.3. In Order To Properly Execute The Order Referred To In Chapter V, Point 1 Of The Swz, The Health Care Complex In Nidzica Requires The Provision Of The Necessary Number Of Containers Of Appropriate Volume For Unsegregated, Segregated, Bulky Municipal Waste - Upon Request, And The Delivery And Placement Of These Containers In The Designated Place, In Particular: - For Unsegregated Waste: A 7 M3 Container Or 6 1.1 M3 Containers On The Premises Of The Health Care Complex In Nidzica (Hospital) And 1 Container Of 1.1 M3 In The District Clinic In Nidzica (Traugutta 13) - For Segregated Waste, One For Each Type Of Waste On The Premises Of The Properties Managed By The Ordering Party (13-100 Nidzica, Ul. Mickiewicza23, And Traugutta 13).4. The Health Care Team In Nidzica Requires That Unsegregated Waste Be Collected Twice A Week On Mondays And Thursdays, And That Separated Waste Be Collected Upon Request Of The Ordering Party After The Containers Are Full.
