The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Delivery And Assembly Of A Brand New Crane (The Term New Crane, The Ordering Party Means A Crane Manufactured No Later Than In 2026), For Passenger Cars, Together With The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Elevator Shaft In The Office Building Of The Bolesławiec City Hall Located At Plac Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 1, 59-700 Bolesławiec. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of A New Electric Lift, Together With Disassembly And Disposal Of The Existing Electric Passenger Lift, 2) Development Of Complete Technical Documentation (Assembly And Registration) For The Delivery Of The Passenger Lift, Together With Its Arrangement And Approval At The Office Of Technical Inspection, And Preparation Of The Necessary Technical Expertise Of The Lift Shaft In Terms Of Strength, 3) Performance Of The Necessary Construction And Adaptation Works Of The Lift Shaft And The Delivery Together With With The Assembly And Commissioning Of A Brand New And Complete Passenger Lift,4) Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Operational Tests And Participating In The Acceptance Of The Lift By The Office Of Technical Inspection (Including Payment Of The Costs Of Examination And Registration Of The Lift) And Obtaining A Permit For Use By The Competent Administrative Authority Of The Installed Passenger Lift,5) Providing Service And Maintenance Activities Of The Passenger Lift Within The Scope And Within The Deadlines Provided For By The Manufacturer And Legal Provisions, As Well As Providing Free Repairs And Services Service In Order To Maintain The Lifting Device In Continuous Technical Efficiency During The Warranty/Warranty Period, Along With Providing Emergency Services (24/7).2.1 The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Area Of Construction And Adaptation Works During The Duration Of The Contract Until Completion And Final Acceptance. The Cost Of Security Is Not Subject To Separate Payment And Is Assumed To Be Included In The Contract Price.2.2 The Construction And Adaptation Works Carried Out Must Not Impede The Functioning Of The Bolesławiec City Hall Building. Temporary Exclusion Of The Facility From Use Is Not Allowed. The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Allows The Use Of Communication Routes, A Staircase And An Additional Passenger Lift. Work Zones Should Be Properly Separated And Marked.2.3. It Is Not Allowed To Transport Construction Materials, Tools, Equipment, Rubble And Waste Using The Existing Additional Passenger Lift. The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Allows Uninterrupted Use Of An Additional Passenger Lift; If It Is Necessary To Temporarily Put The Passenger Lift Out Of Use, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Employers Written Consent. 2.4 The Subject Of The Order Includes Cleaning After Work, Including: Removal Of Debris, Remains Of Auxiliary, Disassembly And Assembly Elements, Industrial Vacuuming Of The Elevator Shaft,
