The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Applicable In Poland Regarding The Admission Of The Vehicle To Road Traffic And Should Be Made In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002. On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended) And Have All Approval Certificates And Required Certificates Enabling The Registration Of The Vehicle As A Passenger Car, Intended For The Transport Of Disabled Persons, Including 3 Persons In Wheelchairs, Issued By Legally Authorized Bodies. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons. 4.
