The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Original, Intact Packaging. The Packaging Should Contain The Name Of The Product And Be Marked With The Number Of The Contract Under Which It Is Delivered.3. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Document Entitled Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
