The Scope Of The Task Includes The Expansion Of The Server Room With, Among Others, New Recorders And Disks, Reconstruction Of The Video Wall, Reconstruction Of The Room, Installation Of A Surveillance System And Installation Of Video Cameras And Anpr Cameras In The City In Accordance With The Technical Description (Annex No. 4 To The Swz), The Offer Price Calculation Form (Annex No. 5 To The Swz), And The Contract Template (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).2. Additional Information:1) If Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials And Devices Are Indicated In The Swz, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz.2) In Situations Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference Systems Referred To Above Are Indicated In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Is Used In Reference To It.3) The Contractor Who Offers Solutions Equivalent To The Indicated Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To Above Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer (Prove) That The Equivalent Solutions He Offers Meet Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, In Particular By Describing These Solutions, I.E. Providing, Respectively: Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Which Characterizes The Offered Equivalent Solutions.
