Task No. 1 - Delivery Of Diaper Pants For Children. The Assortment, Quantity And Price Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, The Required Technical And Operational Parameters And Other Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2/1 To The Swz, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete And Attach To The Offer. Pursuant To The Requirement Specified In Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party, Using A Price Criterion With A Weight Exceeding 60%, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 2/1 To The Swz) Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract.
