The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Complete Set Consisting Of 1 Piece Of A Brand-New Agricultural Tractor And 1 Piece Of A Brand-New Boom Mower For Ditches And Roadsides. The Agricultural Tractor Should Have A Curb Weight Of At Least 5,000 Kg When Ready For Work, With Operating Fluids And Without Additional Ballast. An Engine With A Minimum Displacement Of 3,600 Cm³ And A Power Of 125 Hp To 140 Hp Is Required, Without Taking Into Account The Temporary Increase In Power (Boost), Determined In Accordance With Unece Regulation No. 120 Or Another Equivalent, Commonly Used Measurement Method Ensuring Comparability Of Results. The Boom Mower Should Have An Arm Reach Of 500 Cm To 600 Cm And A Cutting Head With A Working Width Of 100 Cm To 140 Cm. The Mower Will Be Equipped With, Among Others: With An Independent Hydraulic System Driven By The Tractors Pto, A Hydraulic Cooler And A System That Protects The Arm And Rotor Against The Effects Of Hitting An Obstacle. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Selection Of The Tractor, Mower And Ballasting, Ensuring Compatibility, Stability And Safe Operation Of The Complete Set Within The Entire Required Operating Range. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Providing Documentation Required For Registration And Use Of The Equipment, Conducting Operator Training And Providing A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Agricultural Tractor And Boom Mower. During The Warranty Period, Warranty Services And Periodic Inspections Will Be Performed At The Location Of The Equipment User. If It Is Not Possible To Perform Repairs Or Inspections On Site, The Collection, Transport And Re-Delivery Of The Equipment Is Provided By The Contractor At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Authorized Service Of The Tractor Manufacturer And The Mower Manufacturer: Stationary, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 120 Km From The Users Location, Or Mobile, With A Travel Time Not Exceeding 24 Hours, Counted Only In Working Days. For The Mower, The Contractor Will Ensure The Availability Of Spare Parts For A Period Of At Least 10 Years From The Date Of Delivery.
