1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Daily Meals Divided Into A General Diet, A Diabetic Diet And An Easily Digestible Diet For 8 Residents Of The 24-Hour Stay Home. 2) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Particular In: A) Preparing Ready Meals For The Residents Of The 24-Hour Stay Home In Stary Dzierzgoń, 82-450 Stary Dzierzgoń 55A, C) Meals For A Given Day Will Be Collected By The Ordering Party Every Day, D) The Duties Described Above Will Be Performed Every Day For The Residents Of The 24-Hour Stay Home In Stary Dzierzgoń. 3) The Expected Maximum Number Of Meals (Portions) During The Duration Of The Contract Is A) Breakfasts - 2,880 Meals (8 People X 30 Days X 12 Months); B) Second Breakfasts – 2,880 Meals (8 People X 30 Days X 12 Months); C) Two-Course Dinners – 2,880 Meals (8 People X 30 Days X 12 Months); D) Afternoon Snacks – 2,880 Meals (8 People X 30 Days X 12 Months); E) Dinners – 2,880 Meals (8 People X 30 Days X 12 Months); 4) The Number Of Meals Ordered May Change Due To The Variable Attendance Of Facility Participants. The Quantity May Also Change, E.G. Due To Its Closure, Which The Ordering Party Was Unable To Predict Earlier, Or Due To The Pandemic Situation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Variable Daily Demand For The Number Of Meals When Executing The Order. 5) The Ordering Party Will Inform About The Quantity And Type (General, Diabetic Or Easily Digestible Diet) Of The Ordered Meals By 2.00 P.M. On The Day Before The Meal Is Collected. 6) The Ordering Party Anticipates That During The Term Of The Contract, The Number Of Meals Served Daily May Be Reduced By A Maximum Of 30% From The Expected Number Of Meals Referred To In Point. 3) Above (Rounded Down To Full Meals). 7) In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals That Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements At His Own Expense From Other Sources. 8) If The Contractor Does Not Prepare Meals On A Given Day Or Does Not Prepare Meals That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Quantity, Weight, Temperature, Quality, E.G. Taste, Smell, Appearance Of The Meal), The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Refuse To Accept The Order And Purchase Meals From Another Supplier At The Expense Of The Contractor. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals In A Plant Entered In The Register Of Plants Subject To Official Control By The State Sanitary Inspectorate. 10) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Part Iii Of The Swz
