Tenders Are Invited For Transport And Pick-Up Of Students From The Dolice Commune To Schools And Kindergartens In The School Year 2026/2027 (From September 1, 2026 To October 30, 2026)

Part I - Provision Of The Service On Route No. 1 The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Transport And Pick-Up Of Students On The Route: Start And End Of The Service In Płoszkowo (Transport To Schools In Stargard) - End Of The Service In Płoszkowo, Assumed Average Daily Route Length Of Approximately 118.00 Km. The Approximate Route Of The Route Is Described In Table 1 Of Annex No. 6 To This Swz. Note: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adjust The Route And Travel Times During The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicle Intended For Transporting Students Must Have At Least 17 Seats, Including: - 1 Child Transported On The Route Is Physically Disabled. It Is Required To Transport The Above-Mentioned. Child In A Car Seat Or On A Cushion. The Ordering Party Informs That The Transported Students May Occupy Seats For Able-Bodied People. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Children Transported To School Are Of School And Kindergarten Age. On This Route, The Ordering Party Requires Care For The Transported Students While Getting On And Off The Vehicle And During Transport. The Care Must Be Provided By A Person Other Than The Driver. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Persons Participating In The Execution Of The Order In Terms Of Their Presence In The Register Of Sexual Offenders, In Connection With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 421). Pursuant To Art. 22B Of The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors In Connection With The Act Of July 28, 2023 Amending The Act - Family And Guardianship Code And Certain Other Acts (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1606), The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Developed And Implemented Standards For The Protection Of Minors. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use The Standards Developed And Implemented By The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of This Task, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.
