A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And In Annex No. 6, I.E. The Contract Template.3. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue An Invoice With The Vat Rate Zw (Exempt), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.4. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Primary School. First Marshal Of Poland Józef Piłsudski In Nowe Zduny. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Located Inside The Building.5. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24-Month Quality Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
