The Ordering Party Requires That The Device Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Assembled And Ready For Use, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2024.2. The Tractor Parameters Must Be Consistent With The Parameters Described In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - With Full Documentation In Polish, Including In Particular Technical/Service Documentation, User Manual And Other Documentation, If Required By Law, In Order To Ensure Proper Service And Operation Of The Devices.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Financed From A Special-Purpose Subsidy For The Implementation Of Own Tasks In The Field Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. Delivery Carried Out For The Needs Of Activities Related To Civil Defense Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Material And Quantitative Description, A Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters And Operational Requirements, Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz;5. Classification According To Common Procurement Vocabulary – Cpv Codes: 16700000-2 - Tractors6. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Brand New Equipment, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test Correct Operation, Originating From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Equipment, Together With Its Transport And Installation In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (Ul. Majora Węgielnego 1, 19-110 Goniądz). 2) Delivery Of The Required Operating Instructions Along With The Order In The Language Polish (If Applicable), 3) Providing Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order; 4) Providing, Along With The Order, Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All The Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Product (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product). 5) For The Delivered Devices, The Contractor Will Submit The Above-Mentioned Information To The Ordering Party. Documents, No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery/Collection: Manufacturers Instructions, Warranty Document, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Other Documents, If Required, In Polish.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Collect The Delivered Tractor If It Is Found That: - The Devices Have Defects That Prevent Use And Are Not The Fault Of The Ordering Party, Or - The Devices Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Or - The Delivered Devices Do Not Correspond To The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quality, Durability
