Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – Framework Agreement For The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Relating To An Urban And Social Project Management Mission Known As Mous For Support And Rehousing Of Occupants Of The Agoralim Goussainville Site. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Services Relating To An Urban And Social Project Management Mission Known As “Mous” For Support And Rehousing Of Residents Of The Agoralim Goussainville Site. It Will Be Broken Down Into Three Phases: - During A First Phase, The Service Provider Will Conduct Individual Surveys Of Households On The Site To Identify Their Occupancy Status, Their Economic And Social Situation, As Well As Their Needs In Terms Of Rehousing. These Surveys Should Make It Possible To Update And Refine The Previous Social Diagnosis And The Provisional Rehousing Plan Which Were Carried Out In 2025. The Service Provider Must Also Support Semmaris And Its Public Partners In The Drafting Of A Rehousing Charter Aimed At Formalizing The Objectives And Obligations Of Each In Terms Of Effective Rehousing Of Households. - During A Second Phase, The Service Provider Must Support Semmaris And Its Partners In The Effective Rehousing Of Households Entitled To It, Which Constitutes The Operational Stage Of Rehousing During Which The Service Providers Exchanges With The Occupants Must Lead To The Rehousing Of The Households. - During A Third Phase, The Service Provider Will Have To Take Stock Of The Rehousing.
