Provision Of Services To The Community – Reserved Market Relating To Moving Services In The Buildings Of The City Of Annecy. This Consultation Concerns Moving Services For The Various Sites In The City Of Annecy. The Services Include In Particular Internal Transfer On The Same Site, Transfer Between Two Sites In The City Of Annecy, Transfer From A Site In The City Of Annecy To A Recycling Center Site. In Accordance With Article L.2113.13 Of The Public Order Code, This Consultation Is A Contract Reserved For Integration Structures Through Economic Activity Mentioned In Article L.5132-4 Of The Labor Code And For Equivalent Structures, When They Employ A Minimum Proportion, Fixed By Regulation, Of Disadvantaged Workers. The Contract Is A Framework Agreement Pursuant To Article R. 2162-2 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Will Be Single-Awarded And Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders By The Public Purchaser, Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And 14 Of The Public Procurement Code. Purchase Orders Will Be Notified By The Public Purchaser As And When Required. Minimum Amount 320,000 - Maximum Amount 1,280,000 For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, I.E. 48 Months
