The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Production And Delivery Of Advertising Textile Souvenirs (Also Called Goods) For The Needs Of The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, According To The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Previously Requested And Specified By The Contracting Authority In Terms Of Type, Technical Data, Configuration And Quantities Of Goods, As Well As The Implementation Of Personalization On Textile Souvenirs Purchased By The Contracting Authority. The Present Public Procurement Is Reserved In The Sense Of Art. 12, Para. 2 Of The Zop And Is Intended For Assigning Participants Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, As Its Subject Includes Supplies Of Goods From The List Of Goods And Services In Accordance With The General Terminology Dictionary, Adopted With Rms No. 591/18.07.2016. When The Participants Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, They Must Meet The Conditions In Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of The Zop. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Public Procurement, But Their Bids Are Considered Only If No Bids Of The Persons Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop. Nature And Quantity Of The Performed Activities: Production And Delivery Of 13,000 Pieces Of Advertising Textile Souvenirs, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated For 12 Months And Will Serve To Evaluate The Offers. Requesting The Type And Quantity Of Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Obligation To Exhaust The Specified Maximum Allowable Value And Volume Of The Contract, And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Estimated Quantities, Including To Declare Products That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, Under The Conditions Described In The Instructions - Item 5 Option When Awarding. The Unit Price For The Production And Delivery Of Advertising Textile Souvenirs (Including A Price For Personalization According To The Relevant Edition), With A Conceptual Project Prepared By The Contracting Authority, Must Be Final, For A Unit Of Measure (Quantity), Not Subject To Change During The Performance Of The Contract And Include All Activities And Costs Of The Contractor, Directly Or Indirectly Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order (For Materials, Packaging, Printing, Transport Costs To The Place Specified For Delivery, Taxes, Fees, Customs Duties And Other Additional Costs), Representing The Full And Final Unit Price Excluding Vat For The Execution Of The Order. In The Cases In Which The Contracting Authority Has Not Submitted A Ready Concept Project Up To A3 Format, Its Preparation Will Be Paid According To The Price Specified In The Contractors Price Proposal (Sample No. 3) Without Vat. The Price For Preparing A Preliminary Project Is Paid Once. In Case Of Re-Application Of Goods For Which A Conceptual Design Has Been Prepared And Approved, The Employer Will Only Pay The Price For Production And Delivery.
