The Mission Of The Public Waste Prevention And Management Service (Sppgd) Is To Organize The Collection And Recovery Of Household And Similar Waste. In This Context, The Buried And Aerial Voluntary Delivery Points (Pav) (Pave And Pava) And Voluntary Compaction Delivery Points (Pav-C) Constitute One Of The Means Of Collection For Residual Household Waste (Omr), Recyclable Household Packaging (Emr), Newspapers, Magazines (Jrm) And Glass And The Euro-Métropole De Metz (Emm). The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is: - The Manual Pre-Collection Of Waste Deposited On And Around The Pav, - The Collection, Secure And Hygienic Transport And Regular Delivery To The Approved Treatment Or Outlet Sites For The Omr And Glass Flows Of The Pave, Pava And Pav-C In The Territory Of The Euro-Metropole Of Metz, - The Washing, Degreasing And Disinfection Of Equipment Intended For All Flows (Omr, Emr, Jrm And Glass). The Form Chosen For The Execution Of The Contract Is Purchase Orders With No Minimum And A Single-Award Maximum In Application Of Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° And R2162-13 To R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Maximum Amount For The Duration Of 36 Months Is 6,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Framework Agreement Is Renewable Once For 12 Months. The Maximum Amount For This Renewal Year Is 2,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
