An Approx. 2.3 M Wide And 1.5 M Deep Planting Trench Is Created For The New Planting. The Excavation Should Be Removed And Disposed Of. The Planting Trench Is Filled With Structurally Stable Tree Substrate And 30 Cm Of Topsoil As Well As A Cover Of Mineral Mulch. The 2.3 M Wide Planting Strip Contains Species-Rich Perennials. The Planting Strips Are Divided Into Bed Segments With Paved Passages And Are Surrounded By A Raised Granite Base With An Attached Border Grid. An Automatic Irrigation System With Drip Hoses Should Be Installed. The Existing Benches Will Be Replaced By New Benches. These New Benches Were Developed For The Unter Den Linden Location And Will Be Provided On Site By The Client. The Existing Light Steles Will Be Expanded By Stromnetz Berlin And Reinstalled By Stromnetz Berlin After The Substrate Has Been Installed. Individual Light Steles Are Moved To A New Location. The Scope Of The Construction Project Described Here Includes The Construction Of The Pipe Trench And The Laying Of Empty Pipes. After The Completion Care Of Up To 1 Year, A 3-Year Development Care Period Follows. The Implementation Should Take Place In 5 Sections, Which Are Defined By The Traffic Junctions. The Start Of Execution Is Planned For The Fourth Quarter Of 2026, But At The Latest After The Contract Has Been Awarded. Construction Is Scheduled To Be Completed, Including Completion Maintenance, By Mid-2029. This Will Be Followed By Development Maintenance Until Mid-2032. In Order To Limit The Time Restrictions For The Public, Completed Sections Should Be Available For Public Use Again. Care Periods Can Therefore Vary Depending On The Staggering Of Completion.
