In The Context Of Transport And Material Handling Services, The Bidders Duties Are: 1. General Information Due To The Concert Calendar Of The Bfz, It Happens That The Orchestra Performs In Another City/Country On Two Consecutive Days. The Bfzs Obligations Are Governed By Strict Contractual Conditions (Main Rehearsals, Concerts). It Is Extremely Important To Adhere To The Deadlines And Schedule Exactly. The Musical Instruments To Be Transported Are Of Great Value, Special Attention Must Be Paid To The Appropriate Transport Conditions (Safe Fixing, Tempering) And To The Proper Guarding Of The Vehicle. Expected Number Of Concerts Per Year  Large Orchestra Concert With The Participation Of 90-120 Performers O 55-60 Concerts In Budapest O 8-10 Concerts In The Countryside O 8-10 Tours O 40-45 Foreign Tour Locations  Other Concerts O 65-70 Concerts In Budapest O 20-25 Concerts In The Countryside Types Of Other Events  Press Conference  Sponsor/Support Event  Family Day  Expatriation Other For Events (E.G. Pozsony Piknik) 2. Delivery • During Concerts In Budapest, The Task Is: Delivery Of Musical Instruments, Orchestra Equipment, Stage Elements, Sets, Costumes, Props, Light And Sound Equipment  Deliveries Must Primarily Be Adapted To The Bands Concert Calendar And Rehearsal Schedule, As Well As The Expectations Of The Event Venues. Thus, A Delivery Task Can Occur At Any Time Between 6:00 A.M. And 2:00 A.M. The Orchestra Gives Big-Band Concerts On Several Consecutive Days At The Regular Concert Venues In Budapest (Müpa, Music Academy). In Such Cases, The Transport Vehicle May Leave The Event Location After Unloading. Return Delivery Is Possible After The Last Concert (1-4 Days After Delivery). Delivery To And From The Other Budapest Locations And Other Events Can Typically Be Arranged On The Same Day. The Band Also Gives Night Concerts A Few Times A Year. In Such Cases, Delivery And Return Also Take Place During The Night Hours. • During Country Concerts, The Task Is: Transport Of Musical Instruments, Orchestra Equipment, Stage Elements, Sets, Costumes, Props, Light And Sound Equipment  Delivery And Return Usually Takes Place Within 1 Day (20-400 Km Distance). After The Morning Departure, Unloading Is Followed By A Longer On-Site Waiting Time (4-9 Hours). Night Return After Loading After The Event. • During Foreign Tours (Typically With Stops In Several Cities/Countries): Transport Of Musical Instruments, Band Equipment, Stage Elements, Sets, Costumes, Props, Light And Sound Equipment  Typically 1 Vehicle (Truck + Trailer - If Necessary), But Occasionally 2 Trucks  2 Drivers + 1-2 Replacement Drivers On Occasion  Replacement If Necessary
