Request for Quotation for Development of E-Green Courses. Bidding Opens on: 30 July 2026 Due on: 06 August 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the production of e-GREEN online learning courses under its e-GREEN digital learning platform. The e-GREEN platform is EADs online learning initiative designed to promote environmental awareness, sustainability knowledge, and capacity building through high-quality digital learning content. As part of its continued development, EAD intends to expand the platform by producing a series of professionally developed bilingual (Arabic and English) e-learning courses covering key environmental and sustainability topics. The selected Contractor shall provide a comprehensive, end-to-end course production service, transforming existing subject matter and reference materials into engaging, interactive, and professionally produced e-learning courses. The services include instructional design, content development, script writing and adaptation, presentation design, video and audio production, studio recording, talent engagement, post-production, graphics and animation, transcription, course configuration, and deployment of completed courses onto the e-GREEN platform, including the creation of learning modules, supporting materials, and digital certificates. The Contractor shall ensure that all deliverables are developed in accordance with internationally recognized e-learning production standards and industry best practices, delivering high-quality, accessible, and user-friendly learning content that supports EADs environmental education objectives and provides an engaging learning experience for platform users.
