This mission aims to contract three trainers specialized in the field of psychosocial support, one trainer for each of the northern, central, and southern regions, to implement a training program targeting a group of public school teachers. The training will be carried out simultaneously in the three regions, with eight training days in each region, with the aim of enhancing the capacity of teachers to deal with stress, trauma and psychosocial challenges, and to expand their knowledge on how to integrate psychosocial support methodologies into the classroom.
