Evaluation: The most economically advantageous tender on the basis of price, administrative and technical criteria will be granted the contract. Variants: No variants will be considered 4. Location and timeframe Location of the project: Rwanda Place of performance of the contract: The contract shall be implemented at the following sites: Mutobo TSS in Musanze District; Gitwe TSS in Ngoma District; Kinazi TSS in Ruhango District.
