Tenders are invited for External Consultant Media Expert Experienced Media Expert to Empower Youth and Amplify European Awareness UALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The consultant/consultancy firm is expected to fulfill the following requirements: Required qualifications: Bachelors degree in journalism, Communications, Media Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Human Rights, or another relevant field (masters degree is an asset). Experience in media relations, strategic communications, or public affairs. Experience in developing and implementing media outreach strategies and campaigns. Existing network of contacts across European traditional and new media outlets. Experience working on human rights, IHL, IHRL, conflict, and advocacy-related issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in at least one language of the targeted countries. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including civil society organizations, journalists, researchers, and advocacy actors. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with Palestinian and/or international civil society organizations. Experience with digital media, social media, newsletters, podcasts, or other online communication platforms. Experience in monitoring and reporting media results and outreach.
