Part 3: Purchase Of 31 Telecommunications Power Plants With Batteries, Installation And Necessary Configuration To Add Them To The Wincn Monitoring And Management System. 1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is: 1) Purchase And Delivery Of 31 Pieces Of Brand New Telecommunications Power Plants With Batteries, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Including 15 Sets. Telecommunications Gyms With 27U Rack Cabinets And 16 Sets. Telecommunications Power Plants Intended For Installation In Cabinets Indicated By The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Devices Or Gyms, 2) Disassembly Of 1 Piece Of The Old Telecommunications Power Plant With Battery Banks, And Their Disposal, In Accordance With The Opz, 3) Assembly And Commissioning Of 23 (In Words: Twenty-Three) Of 31 (In Words: Thirty-One) Delivered Devices In 23 Locations In The Republic Of Poland And The Necessary Configuration Enabling Their Addition To The Wincn Monitoring And Management System, 4) Granting A 36-Month Warranty For The Delivered Gyms, Under The Conditions Specified In § 6 Of The Agreement. 2. The Delivered And Installed Devices Must Be Compatible With The Wincn Monitoring And Management System Operated By The Ordering Party. If The Delivered Devices Do Not Function Properly In Accordance With Their Intended Use, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Withdraw From The Agreement Referred To In § 7 Section 15 Point 1 Of The Agreement. 3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Draft Agreement, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Agreement) And The Contractors Offer. The Draft Agreement Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
