Tenders Are Invited For North Northamptonshire Council – Provision Of Specialist Supported Housing Services To Support The Temporary Accommodation Pathway

North Northamptonshire Council Wishes To Invite Prospective Providers To Participate In The Expressions Of Interest Exercise With Award Provision For The Provision Of Specialist Supported Housing Services To Support The Council’S Temporary Accommodation Pathway.The Council Is Seeking To Appoint A Single Provider To Deliver And Manage A Specialist Supported Accommodation Service Comprising 22 Bedspaces Within North Northamptonshire For Single Homeless Adults With High And Complex Support Needs. The Service Forms Part Of The Council’S Wider Homelessness Prevention And Temporary Accommodation Strategy And Is Designed To Support Individuals Who Require Intensive Housing Management And Trauma-Informed Support.The Service Will Support Individuals Experiencing Multiple Exclusion Homelessness, Entrenched Rough Sleeping, Substance Misuse, Mental Health Needs, Offending Behaviours, Dual Diagnosis And Other Complex Support Needs. Referrals To The Service Will Be Made Exclusively Through The Council’S Temporary Accommodation Team.The Successful Provider Will Be Responsible For:- Providing And Managing The Supported Accommodation Provision;- Delivering Intensive Housing Management And Structured Support Services;- Developing And Implementing Person-Centred Support Plans;- Working Collaboratively With Health, Housing, Criminal Justice And Support Agencies;- Managing Referrals, Placements, Voids And Property Standards; And- Supporting Residents To Achieve Positive Outcomes, Sustain Accommodation And Successfully Move On To Suitable Longer-Term Housing Solutions.Please Refer To The Eoi Documentations For Further Details
