Project Descriptionthe University Of Lethbridge Is Seeking A Qualified Construction Manager (Proponent) To Provide Pre-Construction & Comprehensive Construction Management Services For University Hall Structural Rehabilitation. This Work Includes Services Associated With Planning, Procurement Planning, And Execution Of Works Related To Phase 1 Structural Remediation Which Is Our Immediate Priority. [Nb1.1]Additionally, The Construction Manager Will Participate In Strategic Planning And Pre-Construction Services Related To Subsequent Structural Rehabilitation Works. These Additional Works, And Our Future Priority For University Hall Would Be A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Entire Facility Named The Destination Project Phase Ii (Dpii).
