The Subject Of The Tender Is The Planning Services For A Drainage Concept E12, Pannofenstrasse, Kalkarer Strasse Including Rainwater Treatment Basins. The Rainwater Arising In The Sub-Catchment Area E 12 (Area 9, Kalkarer Straße) Is Currently Discharged Into The Spoykanal Without Further Pretreatment And Without Being Throttled. There Is A Requirement That The Previously Untreated Rainwater In The Catchment Area Must Be Treated Before Being Discharged Into The Receiving Water Spoykanal. In Addition, Sewer Inspections Have Shown That The Canals In Pannofenstrasse Are Firstly In Need Of Renovation And Secondly Are Too Undersized To Ensure The Drainage Of The Commercial Area Between Kalkarer Strasse And The Deutsche Bahn Tracks In The Direction Of Pannofenstrasse. A New Plan Was Completed In The First Completed Plan Drainage Concept Created And Approved By The Lower Water Authority.
