The Value Of The Separate Item No. 1 Real-Time Broadcasting Via The Website Of The Supreme Judicial Council Of The General Meetings For The Election Of Members Of The Supreme Judicial Council From The Quota Of Judges, Prosecutors And Investigators Is 13,140.00 (Thirteen Thousand One Hundred And Forty) Euros Without Vat. According To The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, Contracting Authorities May Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And Bgn 1,000,000 For Construction, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. The Estimated Value Of The Allocated Item Is In The Amount Of 108,903.05 (One Hundred And Eight Thousand Nine Hundred And Three 0.05) Euros Without Vat And Is The Maximum Allowable Value Under This Order.
