The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Major Repair Of A Water Pipeline Located In The Village Of Blazhieshvo, Municipality Of Boboshevo. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Public Funding In The Amount Of 109,070.00 Has Been Provided For The Implementation Of The Public Order. Eur /One Hundred And Nine Thousand And Seventy Euros/ Excluding Vat Or Eur 130,884.00 /One Hundred And Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred And Eighty Four Euros/ Including Vat Or Bgn 213,322.38 /Two Hundred And Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Two Bgn And Thirty Eight Cents/ Excluding Vat Or Bgn 255,986.86 /Two Hundred And Fifty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Leva And Eighty-Six Cents/ With Vat Included. The Rest Of The Funding Is Expected To Be Provided By The Budget Of The Municipality Of Boboshevo For The Calendar Year 2027 Or From Other Sources. If Additional Financing For The Implementation Of The Public Order Is Not Secured By The Date Of The Start Of Construction, The Contracting Authority Foresees A Phased Implementation, Namely The Part Of The Order For Which Financing Is Secured Will Be Executed. The Stage Is Determined Unilaterally By The Contracting Authority, Based On The Available Financing, The Investment Project, The Construction Site, The Unit Prices Offered By The Contractor And Expediency In Determining The Stage. The Contractor Has The Right To Object Only In Case Of Technological Impossibility Or Technological Expediency For The Implementation Of The Stage Determined By The Contracting Authority. No Arguments Regarding Cost, Delay Or Other Similar Circumstances Other Than Technological Impossibility Or Inexpediency Are Accepted. If There Is An Assignment From The Contractor, The Employer Is Obliged To Examine It, Discuss And Consult With Its Engineering Team, After Which It Has The Right To Make A Final Decision. The Final Decision Is Binding On The Contractor. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Individually Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement, Contained In A Separate Document. ​​​​​​​
