Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, Services Should Be Performed, Including: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; Fulfilling The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Mentioned Ordinance; Preparation Of The Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 On Putting Into Operation The Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Equipment And Construction Sites, And On The Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions; Management Of Commissioning Processes Until The Issuance Of A Construction Use Permit; Liability Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Zut Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Periods For The Relevant Types Of Smr; Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.​​​​​​
