The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Execution Of The Remaining Scope Of Construction Works For The Investment Construction Of A Municipal Kindergarten In Zaleskie Together With Accompanying Infrastructure In The Town Of Zaleskie, Ustka Commune - On Plot No. 251, Zaleskie Precinct, Ustka Commune, Słupsk Poviat.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Order Covers The Execution Of The Remaining Scope Of Works Of A Comprehensive Facility Containing All The Elements Included In The Construction Documentation Attached To The Swz. The Scope Of The Investment Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Construction Project, Enabling Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility, Starting From Preparatory Works And Surveying Measurements, Through Earthworks, Foundations, Surface Works, Construction And Assembly Works, Insulation, Installation, Finishing Works And Land Development. Detached, It Will Have 1 Usable Floor, Without A Basement, With A Flat Roof, Surrounded By An Attic. Pursuant To Art. 281 Section 1 Point 12 Of The Public Procurement Act, Each Contractor Intending To Submit An Offer In The Procedure Is Obliged, Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, To Carry Out A Mandatory On-Site Inspection And To Make A Detailed Inventory Of The Existing Investment Condition On Its Own. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer, A Declaration On Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection - Annex No. 13 To The Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Attached To This Contract, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 2 To The Contract), Technical Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And, Additionally, The Bill Of Quantities, Which As Annexes No. 10, 11, 12 Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document For The Preparation Of The Offer. 4. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Construction Documentation, Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed In The Contract.5. The Contractor Assumes The Obligations Specified In The Contract And Related To The Performance Of Services And Construction Works. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Obligations Arising From The Contract For The Execution Of The Order In Good Faith And With Professional Diligence. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Legal Provisions. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Performance Of All Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract And For The Persons Or Entities With Whose Help The Contractor Performs His Duties Or To Whom He Entrusts Their Performance.6.
