1. Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Rooms For The Needs Of A Sauna In The Expanded Water Park In Ełk At Ul. Piłsudskiego 29. Currently, Construction Works Are Underway, Commissioned By A Separate Order, Related To The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water Park. The Works Include The Modernization Of The Sub-Basin And The Main Swimming Pool Hall, Expansion Of Two Swimming Pools, Thermal Modernization Of The Entire Facility, Replacement Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations And The Entire Swimming Pool Technology. The Investment Area Is Not Located In A Conservation Protection Zone.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Security And Equipment Of The Construction Site, 2) Reconstruction Of Rooms For The Needs Of The Saunarium In The Water Park Building, Including: A) Reconstruction Of Ground Floor Rooms For The Needs Of The Saunarium, B) Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Saunarium Sub-Basin, C) Replacement And Reconstruction Of Sanitary Installations Serving The Saunarium (Cold And Hot Water Installations, Sanitary Sewage Installations, Heating Installations, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations), D) Reconstruction Of Electrical Installations (Socket, Lighting, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting), E) Reconstruction And Expansion Of Telecommunications Installations (Video Monitoring, Internet), F) Execution Of Finishing Works, G) Restoring The Walls And Floors To Their Original Condition After Installation Works, H) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials, 3) Permanent Equipment Of The Saunarium Along With Commissioning, 4) Cleaning The Area After Construction Works, 5) Restoration Of Damaged Or Devastated Elements Of The Building And Land Development To Their Original Condition After Construction Works, 6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies: In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version (In The Form Of Files Recorded On An External Data Carrier), Including, Among Others: - Statements Of Works Managers, - Reports Of Tests And Measurements Carried Out During The Works, - Approvals And Certificates Of Built-In Materials And Devices, - Other Documents Necessary To Obtain A Permit Use.1.2. As Part Of The Offered Price, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Provide Utilities (I.E. Electricity, Water, Heating) For The Duration Of The Works, B) Not Damage The Facilities And Equipment Located On The Transferred Construction Site. In The Event Of Damage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them At His Own Expense In Compliance With The Terms And Conditions Of The Owners Of These Devices And Facilities, C) Provide Servicing Of The Installed Devices To The Extent Necessary To Maintain Their Proper Operation During The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Operation And Maintenance Manual Of The Given Device, D) Participate In Warranty Inspections Of The Facility Convened At The Request Of The Ordering Party During The Warranty Period - 2 Inspections Per Year Should Be Accepted.1
