Part 1 Of The Order: Reconstruction Of The Bus (Parking) Bay At Ul. Building In Siemianowice Śląskie.1. The Subject Of Part 1 Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Bus (Parking) Bay At Ul. Building In Siemianowice Śląskie.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of A 3.00 M Wide Bus Bay With A Total Length Of 68 M And A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones; 2) Construction Of A Sidewalk 2.00 M Wide And 51 M Long With A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones; 3) A Warning Strip Made Of Warning Tiles Should Be Laid Along A Length Of 20 M; 4) Moving The Shelter Bus Stop;5) Preparation Of A Geodetic Inventory;6) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation, Including As-Built Documentation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design Documentation (Appendix No. 3A To The Swz).2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4A To The Swz).3) Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz).4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz). - Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4A To The Swz).5. The Ordering Party Will Require The Selected Contractor To Submit, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Works.6. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Any Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.7. During The Warranty Period, The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party And With His Participation, In Warranty Inspections And To Immediately Start Removing The Identified Defects, Within A Period No Longer Than 14 Days From The Moment They Are Discovered And The Request For Their Removal Is Delivered To The Contractor.8. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act, I.E.: The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of The Materials Has Been Indicated And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Have Not Been Provided, Should Ask The Ordering Party To Indicate What Criteria Will Be Used To Assess Equivalence.9.
