For Part 1 Of The Order, The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of: 1) Sports Infrastructure - A Basketball Court With A Polyurethane-Rubber Surface (No. 1 On The Pzt Board), 2) Recreational Infrastructure - A Brine Graduation Tower With A Brine Tank, Technological Installations (No. 2 On The Pzt Board), 3) Elements Of Small Architecture - Benches: Single, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks, 4) Hardening Of The Area Around Elements Of Sports And Recreational Infrastructure - Mineral Surface (No. 31 On The Pzt Board) 5) Electrical Installations (External And Internal), Lightning Protection Installation, Area Lighting. The Scope Of The Order To Be Performed Under Part 1 Was Marked In The Design Documentation As Part 1 Of The Order And Separated And Marked On The Area Development Plan In Blue As A, B, C, D, Which Constitutes Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order For Part 1 Does Not Include The Elements Indicated In Annex 10.1 To The Swz, Despite Their Inclusion In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Implement The Elements Indicated In The Above. Annex, And Failure To Perform Them Will Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Against The Contractor.
