1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In Order To Improve Road Traffic Safety In The Areas Of Primary Schools.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Development Of Design Documentation, - Obtaining The Required Approvals, - Performance Of Construction Works, - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.1.2. The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Should Be Based On The Street Development Concepts Developed By The Ordering Party, Constituting An Annex To This Functional And Utility Program.1.3. The Design Solutions Adopted In The Documentation Should Maintain The Functional And Geometric Assumptions Resulting From The Approved Sor Concepts.1.4. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Concept And The Approved Traffic Organization Solution, The Contractor Is Obliged To Adopt Solutions Resulting From The Approved Traffic Organization Or Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Traffic Management Body.2. The Order Covers The Implementation Of Three Tasks Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula: 2.1. Task 1 – Street Przepiórki (Primary School No. 66, Ul. Due To The Limitation In The Number Of Signs - Continuation Of Ppu Changes: 8) In The Event Of Delays In Other Investments, Construction Works Or Works Carried Out By The Ordering Party Or Other Ordering Parties, Which Interfere With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Which Prevents The Contractor From Performing The Agreement On Time, 3. The Agreement May Be Amended Only If The Circumstances Specified In Section 2, Are Not Caused By Any Action Or Omission Of The Contractor. 4.
