The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Primary School In Nasiadki Together With The Replacement Of The Heat Source The Detailed Scope Of Works And Description Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 12 To This Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 11 To This Tor. The Bills Of Quantities Also Constituting Annex No. 12 To This Tor Are Supporting Material For The Contractor To Prepare The Offer. 2. Responsibilities The Contractor Is Responsible For: - Securing The Construction Site, - Marking The Construction Site, - Surveying Services (Staking Out And Post-Construction Inventory), - Performance Of Construction Works, - Performance Of Sanitary Works, - Performance Of Electrical Works, - Tests, Rinsing, Disinfection, Testing, Measurements Of: Central Heating Installation, Water And Sewage Installation, Electrical Installation, Water Quality Assessment, - Training Of Employees In The Operation Of The Boiler, - Commissioning Of The Solid Fuel Boiler, - Delivery To The Ordering Party, An Ex-Post Audit Prepared By An Authorized Person.
