1. Subject Of The Order. Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Wyszyńskiego Street - Widok (Entrance From Łowicka Street) Along With Reconstruction Of Traffic Lights. The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz, The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The List Of Prices Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Widok-Wiadukt-Wyszyńskiego Streets In Skierniewice, Consisting In Widening The Current Single-Lane Inclusion Of Widok Street (District Road No. 1314E) To The Intersection, To Two Lanes And Narrowing The Existing Island Dividing The Road, In Particular:• Carrying Out Preparatory And Measuring Works;• Carrying Out Demolitions;• Carrying Out Earthworks;• Building New Surfaces: Road, Sidewalks Dividing The Islands;• Rebuilding The Traffic Lights Adapted To The Rebuilt Crossing, Together With Design Documentation For Changing The Signaling And Updating The Software; • Execution Of Traffic Organization: Vertical And Horizontal Markings; • Execution Of Works In The Field Of Shaping Green Areas; • Other Accompanying Works. The Detailed Scope Of Works For This Task Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities, Price List And Design Documentation. When Pricing And Performing The Works, The Provisions Contained In Annex No. 7 And Annex No. 8 Should Be Taken Into Account In The Part Entitled Comments On The Valuation Of Works - The Comments Refer To The Bill Of Quantities, List Of Prices, Description Of The Subject Of The Order. When Pricing And Performing Works, Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Regarding The Developed Design Documentation Should Also Be Taken Into Account. Fulfillment Of The Conditions Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documents And The Costs Associated With Them Should Be Included In The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Submitting An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works And The Intention To Commence Use (If Required In Accordance With Applicable Law).
