Subject Of The Order Entitled: Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1337 R Sędziszów Małopolski - Bystrzyca - Wielopole Skrzyńskie Involving The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road In The Town Of Naws - Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road, Reconstruction Of The Existing Road Drainage System, Widening The Road To 6 M On The Section Between The Existing Sidewalks From Bridge Over The Wielopole River To The Sidewalk Towards The Nawsie 40 Bus Stop, From Km 20 + 715 To Km 21 + 658. The Designed Pedestrian Road Should Be Run On The Right Side In Accordance With The Road Course. In Places Where The Width Of The Road Strip Is Insufficient To Locate The Pedestrian Road Next To The Road, Along With Other Necessary Elements, It Is Required To Prepare Documentation In The Form Of The Zrid Special Road Act, While In Sections Where The Road Strip Is Wide Enough, The Ordering Party Allows The Preparation Of Documentation In The Mode Of Notification Of The Intention To Commence Construction Works That Do Not Require A Permit. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Making An In-Depth Analysis Of The Width Of The Road And Estimating The Necessary Number Of Plots Subject To Division Under The Zrid Decision And The Required Zrid Scope. At Least One Of The Plots Must Be Divided In Accordance With The Zrid Decision.
