1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Fuel, I.E.: Purchase Of Unleaded 95 Gasoline And Diesel Oil Directly At The Gas Station For Vehicles Of Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. In Oborniki Śląskie.2. Conditions For Purchasing Fuel: A) The Contractor Must Have A Gas Station In The Oborniki Śląskie Commune, Where Non-Cash Transactions For The Purchase Of Liquid Fuels Can Be Made, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Ul. Grunwaldzka 41, Oborniki Śląskie, Via The Nearest Access Road. B) Due To The Lack Of Tanks For Storing And Storing Fuels, Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Oil Will Be Refueled In The Tanks Of Motor Vehicles And Machines. C) Refueling Will Also Take Place In Containers Provided By The Ordering Party With A Capacity Of Up To 20 Liters. D) The Contractor Will Issue Approximately 20 Electronic Name Cards To Persons Designated By The Ordering Party. E) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Opportunity To Refuel Fuel From The Contractors Dispenser 7 Days A Week From 6 A.M. To Midnight. F) The Basis For Settlement For The Purchase Of Liquid Fuels During The Term Of The Contract Will Be The Prices Applicable At The Contractors Gas Station On The Date Of Purchase, Reduced And A Permanent Discount (Rebate) In The Amount Of .....% From The Gross Price Of The Fuel. G) The Contractor Will Provide Cashless Refueling With A 2-Week Settlement Period (From The 1St To The 15Th Day Of The Calendar Month And From The 16Th To The Last Day Of The Calendar Month). 3. Estimated Amount Of Individual Types Of Fuel: Unleaded Petrol 95 - 4,400 L Diesel Fuel - 60,000 L The Specified Amount Of Fuel Is An Estimate, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right And Possibility Of Purchasing It According To Needs. A Smaller Amount Of Fuel Purchased During The Term Of The Contract Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims Regarding The Amount Used By The Ordering Party.4. The Offered Liquid Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1314).
