Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of New 9-Seat Minibuses Under The Programme For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii - Task No. 1 And Task No. 2

Task No. 1 - Purchase Of A Brand New 9-Seater Minibus Adapted To Transport Disabled People In Wheelchairs In Order To Provide Door-To-Door Transport Services In Lubaczów County.1. The Minimum Requirements For The Vehicle Are Specified In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Functional And Technical Specification. 2. The Delivered Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Complete And Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Manufactured At Least In 2025, Ready For Use, Prepared For Registration In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.3. The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And In The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis, In Particular In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment, Applicable On The Date Of Vehicle Delivery. The Vehicle Must Be Authorized For Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.4. The Offered Vehicle, After Installation And Adaptation, Must Be Approved Or Admitted To Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Law As A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Persons With Disabilities, Including At Least One Person Using A Wheelchair. Upon Receipt, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle And Confirm Its Admission To Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party, No Later Than On The Day Of Receipt Of The Vehicle: - All Necessary Documents Required By Law, Enabling Registration Of The Vehicle For The Transport Of Disabled Persons, - Service And Warranty Books, - Current Approval Certificates, - Owners Manual, - A Set Of 2 Keys Or Other Factory Devices For Opening The Vehicle.6. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Indicated Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Types, Models, Patents Or Origin, They Should Be Treated Only As Determining The Minimum Quality, Functional And Technical Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions To Be Offered.7. An Equivalent Solution Will Be A Vehicle That Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Has Technical, Operational, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Inferior To Those Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Particular In Terms Of: A) The Number Of Seats For The Driver And Passengers, B) Adaptation To The Transport Of People With Disabilities, Including A Person In A Wheelchair, C) Permissible Total Weight, D) Engine Power And Type, E) Safety Equipment, F) Equipment For The Transport Of People With Disabilities (E.G. Ramps Or Platform, Trolley Mounting System, Seat Belts, Handles), G) Length Of The Warranty Period.8. The Contractor Offering An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Vehicle Meets The Requirements Spec
