1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Fence Of The Municipal Zoo. Antonina And Jan Żabiński From The Side Of Ul. Ratuszowa Together With The Authors Supervision As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled Improving The Level Of Security In The Antonina And Jan Żabiński Municipal Zoo.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation, Including: A) Starting Materials With The Concept Of Rebuilding The Fence; B) Construction Design; C) Detailed Designs; D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior); E) Bills Of Quantities; F) Investor Cost Estimates; G) Preparation Of The Application And Obtaining The Final Decision On The Construction Permit. 2) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Contract. Design Documentation. 3. The Contractor Will Provide Documentation Both In Paper Form, In The Number Of Copies Specified Below, And In Electronic Form On One Electronic Pendrive, In Compliance With The Following Requirements: A) Paper Form - Delivered In A Bound, Legible Form Containing Original, Handwritten Signatures And Stamps Of The Designers And Legally Required Arrangements, In The Following Quantities: - Initial Materials Along With The Concept Of Fence Reconstruction - In 3 Copies; - Construction Design – 3 Copies + 2 Photocopies Of Approved Documentation; - Executive Designs – In 4 Copies; - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) – In 3 Copies; - Bills Of Quantities – In 2 Copies; - Investor Cost Estimates - In 2 Copies; If The Contractor Submits A Construction Design To The Authority In Electronic Form, It Is Allowed To Submit The Paper Form Of The Project As A Faithful Printout From Digitally Approved Pdf Files, Containing Printed (Graphically Visualized) Electronic Signatures Of Designers And An Electronic Seal/Signature Of The Authority, Which Is Considered To Meet The Requirements Of This Paragraph; B) Final Decision Of The Building Permit - In 1 Copy In Paper Form, C) Form Electronic (.Pdf) – As A Faithful, Identical Reflection Of The Paper Version. Text And Drawing Documents Must Be Generated Directly From Design Software To Pdf Format (To Maintain Perfect Sharpness, Scale And Ability To Copy Text). The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach External Documents, Complete Documentation With Official Seals And Signatures Of The Parties Agreeing On Paper Projects, In The Form Of High-Quality Digital Scans (Color, With A Resolution Of At Least 300 Dpi), Integrated In Appropriate Places In The Pdf File. D) Editable Formats - Regardless Of The Paper Version, The Contractor Will Provide Editable Files On A Pendrive Under The Terms And Formats Specified Above (.Dwg, .Dxf, .Doc, .Docx, .Ath, .Xls, .Xlsx Files).
