Service In The Scope Of Inspection And Repair Of Technological Installations And Devices, Preparation For Regulatory Tests And Authentication Of Measuring Tools Of 32 Wog Gas Stations In Zamość, Lublin, Chełm And Hrubieszów, And Service In The Preparation Of Fuel Tankers - Dispensers For Periodic Tests Of The Military Technical Supervision And Calibration Of Manometers And Flow Meters In The Scope Of Two Parts. Scope Of Part No. 1: Service In The Scope Of Preparation Of Gas Stations For Wdt Tests (Internal And External Inspection), Legalization Of Dispensers, Carrying Out Tests Of Cathodic Protection Of Tanks, Replacement Of Rubber Connectors In Ksp-20 And Installation Of Check Valves In Tanks; In The Scope Of Part No. Seals, Adjustment And Repair Of Bottom Valves, Repairs Of Tanks, Distribution Nodes And Other Equipment Of Special Parts Of Tanks. Within The Scope Of Part No. 1: Cpv Code 50514100-2 - Services In The Field Of Repair And Maintenance Of Tanks, Within The Scope Of Part No. 2: Cpv Code 50100000-6 - Services In The Field Of Repair And Maintenance Of Vehicles And Similar Equipment And Similar Services2. In The Scope Of Part No. 2, The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Under These Proceedings Under The Following Conditions: 1) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Unit Prices Will Be The Same Both For Services Provided Under The Basic Order And The Option Right. 2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Under The Agreement (Option Right - 100% Of The Basic Order) To The Extent Not Exceeding The Range And Quantity Included In The Price Form. 3) Materials Purchased Under The Option Right Must Meet All The Requirements As For The Basic Order. 4) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Part Of The Order Defined As Option Right Is An Entitlement And Not An Obligation Of The Ordering Party.
