Advertising Management Services – Concession Of Advertising Street Furniture - Provision, Installation, Upkeep, Maintenance And Operation Of Passenger Shelters And Stop Posts Of The Ajaccien Urban Community. The Communauté Dagglomération Du Pays Ajaccien (Capa) Entrusts The Concessionaire, Under A Concession Contract For A Period Of Sixteen (16) Years, With The Provision, Installation, Upkeep, Maintenance And Operation Of Advertising And Non-Advertising Passenger Shelters As Well As Stop Poles On Its Territory, And Entrusts It With The Removal Of The Passenger Shelters And Poles Currently Deployed. The Concessionaire Is Remunerated By The Collection Of Advertising Revenues Generated By The Exploitation Of The Advertising Faces, The Risk Of Exploitation Being Transferred To The Concessionaire Within The Meaning Of Article L. 1121-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Covers The Deployment, Upkeep, Maintenance And Advertising Operation Of The Following Street Furniture: - 127 Advertising Passenger Shelters; - 50 Non-Advertising Passenger Shelters; - 174 Stop Posts. The Licensor Also Makes Available To The Concessionaire 20 Wooden Travel Shelters Of Which It Remains The Owner, Maintained, Maintained And Operated Under The Same Conditions. The Concessionaire Also Ensures The Removal And Recovery/Recycling And/Or Evacuation Of The Existing Stock (115 Shelters On The Muvistrada Network, 75 Shelters On The Muviscola Network And 150 Stop Posts). The Contract Also Includes Certain Associated Services (Communication Vectors), To Be Determined By The Candidates, As Well As The Option For The Licensor To Request The Installation Of Additional Furniture And/Or Services On The Basis Of The Unit Price Schedule (Annex 5 Of The Draft Contract).
